Phone features not working |

If a feature is not working for you, the most likely case is that it is not enabled, either in the Voice Features website, or by Execulink. - Check the Voice Features website to ensure that the feature is enabled and configured properly.
- If the feature is not visible in the Voice Features website, or you are unable to activate it yourself, contact Execulink's Sales department for further assistance.
- If the feature is in the Voice Features website and already enabled, but it is still not working properly, check its configuration. Sometimes the settings are not as you expect them to be.
- If you still cannot get the feature to work, contact Execulink's Technical Support department for further assistance.
