A simple workaround to this problem is to contact Execulink's Sales department and obtain a toll-free number. Incoming calls to a toll-free number are billed at the same rate charged for any outgoing long distance calls you make, and Execulink's long distance rates are considerably cheaper than the cost of a collect call.
